The IC emulate the behavio₹×♦£r of Schottky diode rectifier for redγ∏ε&uces power dissipation. SP65₽✘•02FL works in DCM and CrCM oper↓↕ation modes. Ruggedness and noise •  immunity are accomplished using ★♠an advanced blanking s§>→cheme and double-pulse ↔¶suppression which allow reliab‍∑le operation in all op∏♣®erating modes. SP6502FL senses th↕π₹↔e build-in MOSFET drain‍•-source voltage, and outp↕γ♦πut ideal drive signal with l✔₹ess external components. It only pΩ≈rovides high perfomance solu₽₩'₽tion for 5V output voltage appl​∑≈ication.
